Along the way on our 30-minute Daufuskie Island Ferry ride departing Harbour Town you see and hear about the historic Haig Point Lighthouse, the ruins of antebellum slave quarters, Strahn Mansion, and many other sights.
The Ferry docks at Freeport Marina where you can arrange a golf cart rental upon arrival. Golf cart rentals come at an additional cost and can be reserved online but purchase as you arrive to Daufuskie Island from their General Store.
This ferry trip allows you to grab lunch at the famous Old Daufuskie Crab Co. which is located right on the water at Freeport Marina. Starting in April live music will be scheduled at Freeport Marina starting at 1pm and going through 5pm.
