All our tours depart from the Harbour Town Yacht Basin on Hilton Head Island. Our boats are all located on the Harbour Town Pier.

We recommend a reservation for all our tours to ensure your spot. We do tend to sell out our tours, and if you do not have a reservation, we cannot guarantee your spot.
Dinner Cruises: Require reservations by 1 PM the day of the cruise (based on availability). We highly recommend booking further in advance due to limited availability.

Yes, all our boats have a small restroom (head) on board.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
In the event of inclement weather Vagabond Cruise reserves the right to delay departure or cancel cruises as necessary. Cancellations due to weather are at the sole decision of Vagabond Cruise.

Our cruises all run rain or shine. Our captains watch the weather closely as it is always changing in Hilton Head. If the tour needs to be cancelled, we will let you know as soon as the captain makes his call. We will be able to issue a full refund or try to reschedule you to another day or time that your party is available.

We allow dogs of any kind on our Ocean Dolphin Cruises, Sunset Dolphin Cruises, and our Daufuskie Island Ferry (9 am trip only) If you will be bringing a certified service dog on one of our other tours please inquire at 843-363-9026.

You may bring water and a small snack on board; however, we do not allow coolers. We do sell soda, water, beer and wine on all our tours at an additional cost. In addition, we have a snack bar available on most of our boats as well.

Yes, there is a $9 cash only gate fee per vehicle that is required for guests entering the resort for a daily pass. The pass is valid all day to come in and out of the Sea Pines Resort and explore before or after your scheduled cruise with us.
Please note: The Sea Pines Resort does not allow electric bikes, motorcycles, campers, U-Haul trailers (or their like), or boat trailers to enter the resort.

Parking is available in any of the parking lots in Harbour Town. As you enter there will be two large parking lots on your left side of Lighthouse rd. Broken up by a playground. There is also a large overflow gravel parking lot on your right side. In the Summer months there is an option to take a free trolley into Harbour Town located 100 yards past the Greenwood Drive entry gate on the left-hand side for evening tours.

Our boat the Vagabond has a ramp to get on board the first level of the vessel. This boat runs our Ocean Dolphin Cruise and Sunset Dolphin Cruise.
Our other boats do have steps to get on board. Please give us a call at 843-363-9026 to inquire about the accessibility of our other boats.

Our reservation office is a tan kiosk with a maroon awning that says, “Vagabond Cruise”. It is located in the Harbour Town Yacht Basin near the Lighthouse, and next to the circular Camp Hilton Head stores.
